Collaboration for Employment and Education Synergy
CEES Student, Jordan, is proud to share his experiences on UC’s campus during the 2019 Spring Poster Board Presentation.
Collaboration for Employment and Education Synergy (CEES) is a high school transition program at the University of Cincinnati for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 14–21. CEES provides a 12‑week individualized curriculum that helps young adults learn how their interests and strengths can be used in the workplace. Students also build important life and independence skills that prepare them for successful employment and active participation in their communities.
What CEES Offers
CEES is a 12‑week program designed to help students explore their interests and strengths, understand how their skills can be used in a job, and practice important social, communication, and workplace skills.
